Community Health CIC

Wellbeing Café Series

Andrea currently contributes to the Wellbeing Café, a monthly community event hosted at Prosper Coffee Shop and led by Rachel Ewan, Mental Health Nurse and Wellbeing Coach.

Held on the third Friday of each month, the sessions offer a gentle space for conversation, connection and reflection around themes such as belonging, kindness, gratitude, meaning and resilience.

Andrea’s contribution introduces the idea of health and vitality as a foundation for wellbeing, drawing on principles from nutritional therapy and metabolic health. Her sessions explore how factors such as energy, sleep, stress and lifestyle habits can support the broader elements of wellbeing described in the PERMA model of positive psychology.

About the CIC

Community Health Hub CIC focuses on small educational and wellbeing initiatives that bring people together for practical discussions about health, stress, energy and everyday lifestyle habits.

The aim is to create welcoming spaces where people can explore wellbeing in a supportive and informal environment.

These activities complement the wider work of Vitality Rising, which includes practitioner mentoring, metabolic health education and a small number of private consultations.

Looking Ahead

Community Health Hub CIC will continue to support occasional wellbeing conversations, educational events and collaborative community initiatives when opportunities arise.

Meet Andrea - Senior Practitoner

I’m Andrea Grandson, a Functional Medicine Practitioner and Nutritional Therapist with over 15 years’ experience helping people restore their health through a personalised, root-cause approach.

As the founder of Vitality Rising, I’ve worked with individuals and families across London and internationally, supporting everything from metabolic health and hormones to gut function and immune balance.

Alongside my private practice, I’m passionate about building community around health and wellbeing. Through workshops, talks, and local projects, I’ve created spaces where people can connect, learn, and feel empowered to take charge of their health.

My goal is simple: to help you move from feeling stuck and exhausted to feeling balanced, energised, and confident about your wellbeing.
