Hello, I’m Andrea Grandson, a Nutritional Therapist and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN®). Alongside my clinical work, I have spent more than a decade contributing to practitioner education and professional development within the nutrition profession, reviewing practitioner training programmes and continuing education submissions internationally.

Through Vitality Rising, I work with individuals, practitioners and communities to support clearer pathways to health, and vitality.

In my work I often see people who have tried many different approaches to improving their health but still feel uncertain about where to focus. I use what I call the Vitality Lens to help step back and look at the broader patterns influencing wellbeing.

Rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms, I consider the foundations that support vitality — including energy, sleep, digestion, stress resilience and metabolic health. When these areas are understood and supported, even small changes can often lead to meaningful improvements in overall wellbeing.
