If you’re feeling stuck with your health, whether that’s low energy, weight changes, hormonal shifts or digestive issues, and you’ve tried different things but nothing quite explains why, this is where we take a step back and look at the bigger picture.

Many of the people I work with aren’t doing the wrong things. They’re often doing a lot, but without a clear understanding of what’s actually driving their symptoms.

In this session, we look at your health through what I call the vitality lens, exploring how areas like blood sugar, stress, sleep, digestion and hormones interact, and where things may be becoming constrained.

Rather than overwhelming you with a long list of changes, the aim is to identify a few key areas that are most likely to move things forward, in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

60-Minute Health Deep Dive – £99

A focused session to talk through your symptoms, health history and what might actually be driving things beneath the surface.

This is for when you want clarity, without committing to a full consultation.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and what to do next.

This session is conversational and insight-led.

It doesn’t include a full health history analysis, detailed protocol, or review of blood work.

If you’re looking for that level of support, a full consultation would be more appropriate.

Initial Consultation - £250 (90 minutes) A comprehensive session to understand what’s driving your symptoms and map out a clear way forward.

During the consultation we may explore areas such as:

• energy and fatigue
• digestive health
• sleep patterns and circadian rhythm
• stress and resilience
• lifestyle factors influencing overall vitality

Following the consultation, you will receive a written summary outlining key observations and practical recommendations to support your next steps.

What to Expect

Your initial consultation is a 90 minute session where we explore your health history, current symptoms and goals in detail. Using the Vitality Lens framework, we look at key founds of health including energy, digestion, sleep, metabolic balance and stress resiliance. You’ll leave the session with clear insights into what may be driving your symptoms and practical next steps to support your health. This session is also the starting point for the Vitality Reset programme, where appropriate.

Follow-up - £150 (60 minutes)

To review progress, adjust your plan, and continue building momentum.

These sessions provide an opportunity to adjust your approach over time and respond to how your body is evolving.

My Approach

My work focuses on helping clients understand the foundations of vitality and how small, well-targeted changes can often have a meaningful impact on overall health.

The goal is not to overwhelm you with complex protocols, but to help you develop a clear and sustainable approach to supporting your wellbeing.
