Initial Consultation

£250 — 90 minutes

The initial consultation provides time to explore your health history, current concerns, and the broader patterns that may be influencing your wellbeing.

During the consultation we may explore areas such as:

• energy and fatigue
• digestive health
• sleep patterns and circadian rhythm
• stress and resilience
• lifestyle factors influencing overall vitality

Following the consultation, you will receive a written summary outlining key observations and practical recommendations to support your next steps.

What to Expect

Your initial consultation is a 90 minute session where we explore your health history, current symptoms and goals in detail. Using the Vitality Lens framework, we look at key founds of health including energy, digestion, sleep, metabolic balance and stress resiliance. You’ll leave the session with clear insights into what may be driving your symptoms and practical next steps to support your health

Follow up Consultation

£150 — 60 minutes

Follow-up consultations allow us to review progress, refine recommendations, and continue building sustainable changes to support your health. You’ll leave the session with clear insights into what may be driving your symptoms and practical next steps to support your health

These sessions provide an opportunity to adjust your approach over time and respond to how your body is evolving.
